I have no regrets buying amla (cut and sifted) from this company.
I like that I can add it to my dried tea leaves (rosemary, peppermint, nettle, hibiscus etc.) for drinking. I also use them for my diy hair treatments (leave in spray and diy oil). I have no problems with these dried amla cut and sifted. Great product great quality.

Very great product
I’m a type 1 diabetic and I use it ether tea or hand full snack . It taste a bit bitter but the results you feel it with in 40 to 60 minutes, O I’ve been a type 1 since 17 years old and in 64 years old now but I take very good care of myself. Do not drink or smoke, walk a lot . I’m also a registered nurse ( Retired) . But this product is very well received and well taken care of, I started it 45 days ago .

Good quality food. I understand they have good health benefits and this seemed like a good volume for the money. They taste very savory and when they are softened with hydration and cooking they add an interesting sour and bitter flavor profile to a dish.

This product is absolutely not worth the money. It is so hard and small that it will get stuck in your tooth and you can barely chew. It is not have the the taste and the smell of organic item at all.
