These fit the AP Max perfectly. The outside is generic black, which doesn’t draw attention to itself and scream “steal me”. The interior lining has a soft, velvety texture that will cradle your precious Max headphones without scratching or rattling around. It’s nice that they include a magnetic “sleep” function like the Apple case, but it also flips out of the way if you’d rather use both at the same time. I wish there was some way to secure the cable/charge block other than just pressure from the lid, but that’s a minor nitpick since I don’t usually carry those in the case with them anyway. Nitpick number two is that it’s difficult to charge the headphones in the case without a low profile cable or kinking the OEM cable because it’s a fairly tight fit - good for protection, bad for charging, so it’s a trade off. A flap or indention to assist with charging would have been nice, but I haven’t seen any cases with that feature as of yet. Overall, it’s a well built case that fits well and will serve my needs and I’m happy with it.

I was looking for a carry case for my AirPods Max. The ones that come with them don't really protect the whole item when traveling and considering how much the AirPods Max cost I thought it worth the money to get better protection. I got the Smart Case for the AirPods Max and have used it several times now. I've flown with the case, a lot of miles via car, air, etc. and it has worked great. The case keeps my AirPods Max protected and is easy to use. The case is not much bigger than the Max's themselves. Just remember to lift the tow little flaps on the inside when putting your headphones in and the headphones will go into sleep mode and preserve the battery. Well worth the money spent to protect the headphones.

The case serves its purpose well. It may not be very rigid, but the internal padding should provide adequate protection for the headphones. The silicone covers on the headband and ear cups fit snugly and effectively protect the headphones from dirt and scratches.

The case is nice and firm and will hopefully last me a good while! The colour is fantastic and really is exactly what I wanted! The only small issue I have is it was only sent in a clear plastic bag and for something like this I would have expect it to be in a boxed especially given this is coming from America, given it is a little expensive would have liked a bit more of a premium packaging.
