Not the ususal USB stick but flat plastic insert. Software works fine.
The USB stick arrived in a different form than I was expecting, being a thin flat plastic 1.5in square with a central strip that had to be prised from the square and which was the actual USB device with visible gold strips. It was a bit difficult for old fingers to get the usb to be unstuck from the parent body hence the loss of 1 star but eventually it came away and, ensuring it was inserted the right way into the USB port, it worked fine. I initially ordered this item because an older PC with Microsoft Office 2019 installed on it had failed and I could not get the activation key accepted. I was aware that the software is already available free as an open-source program on the internet but it seemed more convenient to have the usb available from Pixel Classics. The software interface is different to Microsoft Office but it does seem to work well, though I have only tried the Word equivalent (called Writer). The instructions for installation and use are clear and support is apparently available from the seller though I have not needed it. All-in-all I am happy with my purchase.

Really worth the money
I was thinking of getting an office program that was going to cost me £84 annual subscription, then i saw this office suite on a USB. When I saw the price i thought Hmm there's a catch somewhere, BUT there isn't I am very impressed with the purchase and no annual subscription of any kind. It does me for what I need it for. Very easy to download and install it has everything I wanted. Very authentic and awesome price. I have already told many people about it and they are interested in getting it also.

It's office software.
It took long time to load confusing instructions and misleading if it doesn't work on your system. If you need to download it on line using there instructions and download codes. On a given website. Note it's free software if you type in the Open Office software site. And download it from there 345mb. But once installed it works fine takes a bit of getting used to.

Easy install
Easy to install but not quite what I wanted for my use

Useless for labels
Bought this program to amend pages of labels which were created using Microsoft Office which I no longer have. Useless. Couldn't access the labels. It was a waste of money for my needs. Downloaded a freebie program which did the job.

Does what it says. Impressive
Easy to install and use. So far does everything promised so no need for MS Office. Great price. Using for personal work not business. Speed is fine, functionality fine.
