I ahve used several brands of glucosamine and Chondroitin and have noticed no differences in effectiveness, but the capsule form, rather than hard pill form of other brands is easier to swallow. As far as I kanow there are no proper studies that prove the efficacy of this supplement, but I, and lots of other people, take it and are believers - it does help maintain joint health and mobility. I’m old and without this, my joints feel old! Recommended!
