As with all Thorne products, you can't go wrong with this for back pain. I take the suggested dose of three pills a day. It has really helped my back pain, which is due to a fractured facet joint in the lower back. I believe that the ingredients are supposed to actually help repair the damage to the joint. I don't know if this is true, but my back is much better.

I’m an avid hiker and I’ve been taking this supplement for about 5 years. I’ve noticed an improvement in my knees and hips! Great preventative supplement, then again it’s hard to go wrong with Thorne.

I have only been on this supplement for a couple weeks at this point with no noticeable improvement. However, it is my understanding that it takes a system a little more time to experience improvement. This is a product line that I trust so I am giving it the appropriate 90 days.
