Hi, i've been having trouble getting my usb midi adapter to work correctly, hung notes, note off etc not being received. any ideas?

Sounds like a DAW issue. I use Ableton 10 and a Mac (connected to a Moog) and haven't had any issues - so far!

Has anyone tried this with an Android phone?

This is USB type A, so not compatible with phones.
