Veronese Design 6 1/2 Inch Ludwig Van Beethoven Bust Cold Cast Resin Bronze Finish Statue Realistic Figurine

I like this a lot. It was more than I wanted to spend but I think it was worth the splurge. There is another similar one that costs less than half but it was even smaller and it had this look of anger on Ludwig's face that I didn't find all that complimentary. Not that I'd blame him for having some attitude, the poor guy didn't really have the life he so wished for - I can relate, but I digress - but this one is just the right size to sit on my Yamaha grand and he has that serious but presentable expression that I find appropriate for the guy. It seems well made (better be for the price!) and I really like the finish, it really looks like cast bronze with a slight patina. Not thrilled about the price but it's not a deal breaker, still quite satisfied with this overall.

I bought this statue as a gift for my Daughter who is a music teacher. She loved it and looks forward to showing her students. The box it came in was very nice. The statue has a good weight to it. Not small but big enough. I'm glad I bought it and recommend it for others to purchase.

I must say, I’m a little surprised that I’m the first reviewer to post with a photo of it actually sitting on a grand piano, I assumed that’s where 90% of these statues would be placed. Here’s one for scale to show its relative size to a grand piano. This is probably very helpful for those trying to visualize its scale (not too big, not too small) It’s a nicely finished smallish to medium sized heavyweight statue of the man himself. It is slightly intimidating having one of the greatest pianist to ever live staring at you while practicing lol

Very cool trinket to have proudly displayed on my piano. (I was going for the Schroeder effect on his tiny grand piano.) Actually nice quality, solid & heavy bust. Don't drop it on your toes, tho, or you will regret it (and will be unable to work your piano's pedals for awhile).

I absolutely love this piece of art. I bought it for myself to put next to my record player. It is beautifully made, very detailed, perfect size. This would make a great gift. I don‘t write a lot of reviews but I am in love with my Beethoven bust. Great quality too.

Production description is incorrect as far as size is concerned!! It is a cute piece but way smaller than described!!

Surprisingly nice quality bust. The bust is a nice size for a bookshelf. It is weighty and feels substantial. It has excellent tactile qualities. Details are very good. The expression has the gravitas of a great composer. Good value.
