any weight restriction for this bench?

I weigh 260 lbs. +, so I would not recommend anything over 300 lbs.

Is this a good bench for an 8 year old? Height wise so her arms can reach the keyboard well?

My 6 year old uses it. It's adjustable. I do have to put something under his feet but he does reach the keyboard well.

Did I miss it? What is the size of the bench?

The dimensions are certainly misleading. The seat cushion is 17” x 12” x 2.5” thick. The box dimensions are what’s listed with the legs folded, adding extra inches to one side. This is a comfortable bench but at the listed 19.5” max height is too short for my keyboard stand ( 30 1/2 “ to tops of the keys) but may be ok for the standard 28 1/2” piano height.

Is this a good bench for an 8 year old?

My daughter is 8 yrs old and she uses it. the rubber protectors at the base keep falling off and I have to keep putting them back in but thats besides your question.
