TOUGHBUILT TOU-52 Modular Hammer Loop

I work construction so having a seperate hammer holder for when your not using toolbags is a saver at the end of the day. Had it for most of this summer and no issues at all. Only thing I wish is that the holder didn't stick out as far as it does. My slight let peeve is that my hammer clanks back and forth when walking. I might just wrap it in hockey tape to quiet it down. Idk about other tool brand hooks but as long as your not squating a lot, a dewalt impact will clip on with the hammer in the holder. Also I can fit my hammer and a staple/tack hammer together. So I won't complain too much about it sticking out. Apparently the velcro loop is for hanging up extension cords which is kinda wierd to do. Overall it's a great tool to have.

It's a brave new world in construction and home repair. We all have amazing construction screws and amazing impact drivers and if we're going bit, amazing nail guns. I don't even need to carry a hammer half the time, but when I do, I want a quick clip-on hammer loop to carry the hammer either at my side or behind. This was one of a dozen I tried, and stood out by far as the best. It clicks on, clicks off your belt, you can clip it right into the waistband of your jeans if you don't wear a belt, you can clip it onto a tool bag as well. And it works faultlessly as a hammer loop. The tethering strap hanging underneath is not particularly useful unless you are working at heights and have to tether your tools, so I'd often just cut it off. For the price, just keep one of these in your milk crate or Packout with your belt, your hammer, and your standard tools. This makes it easy when you need that hammer at your side. Highly recommended.

I have the Toughbuilt Cliptech pouch bags and belt. This was a great addition to the belt especially being that I don’t always carry a handle with me, so the clip removal is nice.

I use this to carry around a 4 lb beater for work. The previous hammer holder I had was your typical hook stuck onto a leather backing. It was too flexible and the 4lb hammer swung around a lot. With this one it's perfectly cradled in place like a baby in her mother's arms. Plus point for it not having to be threaded through the belt as you're setting your tool belt up. Just slip it over after.

It worked perfectly, but was stolen second day on job.

I went through a couple different hammer holders and this one is the best so far. My hammer doesnt move around too much in there and i can very easily pull it out. Its not huge and tucks up nicely to your hip and not dropped on your thigh. I can bend down and kneel while using it without the hammer digging into my legs getting pinned to the floor. It seems built pretty well. It works perfectly for a regular belt on jeans.
