Great Product
I have a Bank canister vacuum. It measures 41". The bumper guard fits perfect. Stops approx. 1-1/2" from back. You receive 5 strips of Velcro & you place them on your vacuum where you think you need them. Product is very well made and does protect your walls & furniture.

FANTASTIC - Just what my furniture & vacuum needed!
OMG! This is the best product ever!I've been fighting the never ending battle of damaging my furniture while vacuuming with my favorite canister vacuum dragging behind me and hitting everything in sight. With this bumper and the vac-head bumper (which I had to buy separately, but well worth it), I don't have to worry what my vacuum or I hit, because my furniture is protected.Both bumpers fit my 10 year old Oreck vacuum like a glove and they look really nice on it!I highly recommend it!Mary - Phoenix, AZ

Ridiculous
Who needs a "bumper" for their vacuum? I lost $6 because I ordered this $30 "bumper" thinking it was the actual vacuum. The picture is misleading, and it is very unfair of Amazon to display this item this way.

Works great! Easy to install.
Really easy to install. The adhesive on the Velcro doesn’t make a great bond with my vacuum so just go slow when you pull the bumper off to wash it.

I purchased my first expensive vacuum, a Miele dog/cat canister. I love the vacuum and want to product it as it was around $1000. I searched for vacuum guards/bumpers, not to many products out there. This product works great, easy to install. Just measure twice, before ordering.

Great product if you want to preserve your baseboards
What an awesome product! I bought a Miele and it scratched up my baseboards something awful. This product is so much better than my old system of self-adhesive felt pads stuck all over (which worked really well on my Dyson, but looked awful and the stick on the pads wore out after awhile, requiring the pads to be replaced). This product covers all around the canister, leaving no exposed areas to hit anything except the very back of the canister. Plenty of velcro to ensure a good fit. Genius!
