I bought 17 of these for a project... YES, no kidding! You can see the final project in the pictures. I'm not an amateur; I'm a professional when it comes to designing murals, art, etc. This is my first time using floating acrylic frames, and I have to say, they’re really nice and of good quality. However, be careful not to flip or switch one side of the acrylic sandwich—the holes are the same size, but not spaced the same distance apart, which can cause issues during installation. But overall, they are great! My client is happy!

This picture frame is gorgeous. We ordered a few for a gallery display at work. They are a bit expensive but when everything is put together the product looks amazing. I would also say the seller deserves FIVE stars (I would give them 10 if I could). They are responsive, eager to help and easy to work with. They even responded to my email on a Sunday. I cannot emphasize how they have made the experience so much better. Great product and even better customer service!

…because the holes did not line up perfectly, and screwing in the bolts cracked it. The company replaced it promptly. If the holes do not line up perfectly, do not screw the bolts in.

I recently purchased a floating frame with high hopes of adding a modern touch to my decor. Unfortunately, the product has not only failed to meet the basic standards of functionality but has also caused significant damage to my wall. The design of the frame is inherently flawed; the holes for securing the screws are so shallow that they cannot accommodate a standard screwdriver. This crucial oversight necessitates the use of an impractically tiny tool, which is not typically available in standard toolkits. As a result of this design misstep, I was unable to securely mount the frame. In attempting to install it as per the given instructions, I was left with multiple unsightly holes and damage to the wall surface, turning what should have been a simple setup into a costly repair job. Given the premium price paid for this frame, I expected a product that had been thoroughly tested for practical installation. It's disheartening and unacceptable that the product falls short of basic usability. I am seeking a full refund and would caution potential buyers to consider other options. A product that damages your property instead of enhancing it is not worth the investment.

Holes didn't really line up, so based on prior reviews, I reversed it and it worked better. Also, picture kept sliding while trying to secure to the wall anchors. Ended up using tape on the back of the photo to get it to stay. Which also turned out to really be needed as when mounted there are gaps on the sides and bottom. Wearing gloves helps to keep from smudging the panels, but you have to take one glove off to secure the bolts. Possibly a two person job as two hands weren't enough. Looks nice when finally up, but it took well over an hour to get it all right.

I got this for a piece of art that I bought when I was in France. I didn't want it to have a frame around the outside. This was a great option.

Well, after reading some of the reviews on these types of frames, I was hesitant to purchase them. I need six of these for an exhibition, so I only ordered three at first to see if I liked them. The first one arrived today. I love the frame. The screw-in knobs were easy to put on. The plexiglass did not line up, so I just flipped it, and it was fine. The paper was not difficult to peel. The frame does bow toward the ends where they are attached, making gaps in the middle. That is my only complaint.

Centering the poster was kinda hard but use a ruler, be patient, use gloves, be gentle, buy an acid-free double face tape. Look perfect ! Holes was well done 👌 thanks

We had our wedding photo printed in a 20x 28 format and needed a frame large enough to display it in without breaking the bank, When my wife and I perused Amazon for frames we saw this unit and we both loved it immediately. It protects and displays our photo in the best way imaginable, with No side frame to distract your attention from the image. I/we would buy this frame again should we have another large print to display. Beats a wood frame by far.

this product is not a "clear" acrylic but rather more opaque. poster can be seen through it but the boarders are not nice and clear. also packaging not sturdy enough to prevent damage in shipping. top pane is split at one end right in the middle. freezing temperatures may have contributed if left in unheated truck
