Can this be used with the iPad Pro?

I cannot answer for sure but if you can manage to get a USB connection it is worth a shot. It connects through a USB Nano receiver. In checking online (Apple support I did find this: "With the appropriate cable or adapters, you can connect various third-party mouse devices with iPad using USB and USB-based receivers. Refer to the device manufacturer’s instructions."

Can you change setting for left hand users? How?

Left hand or right hand is controlled by computer mouse settings. Nothing that do with a mouse. Nevertheless, you can change the orientation in this mouse as well!!

The mouse does not have a total silent click yet it’s a very quiet click, not noticeable to those around you.
