These are easy to use, dishwasher cleanable, and easy to trim to size.

Pepper slices, squash & onion are great additions to a grilled steak dinner. These mats keep the veggies from falling through, and bring them closer to the frame than the upper rack. Thick & strong enough to do the job. Cleanup is easy with a dish brush & soapy water. Maybe a little soaking. I haven't had them long enough to judge longevity., but with the set of three on hand they should last a long time.

I love these mesh mats. They are great for cooking small items that fall between grates! I also love that they are nonstick!! Clean up is a breeze just wash with soap and water and because they are flexible they can fit in the wash basin. I greatly recommend them!

The first time I used these mats was to cook some fish on the gas grill. I had quite a hard time getting them clean. I soaked them for hours and still had to scrub, scrub, scrub. The next time, I sprayed both sides of the mats with cooking oil spray before cooking some shrimp. That made cleanup a lot easier. I will say that during cooking, there wasn't much of a sticking problem with the fish or the shrimp.

The larger size allows me to cover the entire grill with 2 pieces. I can cook with just one and have 3 large filets of fish on at once with plenty of room to flip. Just like other screens, soak and scrubb with a kitchen brush to extend their cooking life.
