Will this bike work on my 07 dodge ram without the flickering issue? so far every led i have purchased has that issue

I'm not sure it sounds like there maybe another issue going on. LED LIGHT are very low drain did there should be no flickering.

Can the led be pointed up or down? either pointed toward the cab or up at the reflecive surface?

It's best to have the light shining down so that the heatsink is facing up for proper cooling. LED bulb components are known to get warm.

Can we use that as lighting for vw mk5 license plate?
