BOOST Women's Balanced Nutritional Drink, Rich Chocolate: The drink tastes good and is slightly thicker than milk. I purchased this with the plan of supplementing my current daily nutritional needs, which is said to be specifically aimed at the needs for women. Each 8 fl. oz. serving container 4 grams of sugar (approximately 1 teaspoon) and no fiber. I had no problems with digestibility. Nothing wrong with the product, but shop around and compare similar items to make sure what you are purchasing meets your goals and needs. I decided I did not want the extra sugar and would prefer a product with a little added fiber.

Theses r great to drink daily the size is perfect texture is smooth the order u smell is a lot of vitamins n one bottle money value lil high very good taste when it’s refrigerated.
