These cars change colours only 1 time?

They come in like a chalky coating, which you remove by dipping in water, to reveal the car underneath - so this part you can obviously only do once. Beyond that the colour of the actual car changes every time you put it in either hot or cold water.

Once opened, can you use the plastic barrel (with lid handle held securely), as a 'carry case' for a few cars?

It would fit max 3 cars I think but the lid would likely pop off during transit

How do i ensure i get different cars every time i buy new? can we specify if we want the green orange or red range?

Hi, This product is part of an assortment and unfortunately it is not possible to select the colour that arrives. If you have a preference, I’d suggest going into a physical toy store and selecting the one you want. This will avoid any disappointment upon delivery. Thanks
