ESV Value Compact Bible (TruTone, Brown)

Bought this to take to bct with me. Perfect size and good material!

Never read the bible before - I don't go to church - no one I know is religious... but my new job incidentally has me going to church for like 2 hours every sunday so I figured I shouldn't waste the opportunity to read this and learn so why not? I think for the price this bible is worth the compromises in print size and the thin paper but this will absolutely not last you very long if you are keeping it in a back pocket. I would consider this more of a quick reference kind of thing and not something you should be using as your full time bible... Kiiiiiind of regret this but I suppose I'll bring this for church on sundays and look the part at least - I ended up also buying a full size regular bible for real reading/studying for 4x the price of this one. This was great! This compact bible allows me to read the word of God in various locations! To be completely honest, I bought this because my Christian club because we had bible assassin! Basically, it is assassin but we use bibles instead of spoons! We had the protection of the holy spirit haha! I fully recommend this to anyone!

Love this Bible!! Can’t go wrong with Gods word. This is so pretty. I’ve purchased two different designs. One for me and one for a friend. We both love them!!

Decent quality. Fine for the price. The pages don't have that waxy coating like some older bibles that would help them survive if they were accidentally exposed to water. Feels like a vegan leather, but not like the super thin or cheap stuff. It's not exactly heirloom quality, but this bible well and it will last.
