Not Your Best Replicator
Look for a better solution. I use two monitors, a wireless mouse and a cabled keyboard. Displays, as previous reviewer stated, are not reliable. Mine do not flicker once they are "awake" however, after a short timeout, getting the second display to show anything takes up to a minute or longer. ( The wait may not sound like a long time, but we stopped waiting for dialup internet years ago, waiting a minute to see your work is frustrating. ) This was after the time spent to get it working at all, out of the box. MOUSE tracking is not spot on when moved quickly or performing quick action. ( example - click on something quickly to copy or select and sometimes it is missed completely, or in many cases - if you paste - the previous contents are pasted. clear it and paste again ( notice I do NOT re-select ) and I get the most recent clipboard contents. ) It's like the information is buffered, waiting to be processed before being ready for my actions..... You are never quite sure if the "weirdness" is you machine or the replicator, making it hard to "trust" the machine as a whole. I would LOVE to go back to my previous "through the bottom" replicator. A thunderbolt connection is fast - but HP has NOT figured out to quickly handle the many requests timely, in my opinion.

We purchased this dock directly from HP along with a Zbook 15. It did not work correctly without updating all of the drivers and bios. Even after updating the drivers and bios, monitors that were connected to it flickered and blinked. Support has not been able to resolve the issue yet.

No issues really, downloaded all the driver stuff & so far so good. Need to find how to set / change the power button function on the bar, as I have to open the laptop panel & use laptop power button when I shutdown fully, could be a setting somewhere :-|

Wrong power supply - not 150W
Comes with an old 135w power supply that doesn't even fit the dock so not a lot of use
