this is the next best disposable underpaid after abena excellence or excellent. its fairly priced and the 60x90cm spread is enough to cover single bed and overlapping 3 sheets makes a really secure place to lay a disabled person and avoid cleanup's later. good for all type of scenarios where you dont want to cleanup afterwards. like pets , bed wetting Childern, babies in bed etc. these have never failed me even with up to 2 liters of urine over 2 pads. keeps stuff locked in . at this price point its the real deal

In trainings for changing nappies, people say have a nappy underneath before removing the dirty one. Well, its damn hard specially at 4 a.m and also the baby eaily pushes everything away if she has a stomachache. This product however is brilliant! It covers the baby completely and even if your baby does a wee wee, it would absorb it all protecting your child's clothes. I had to change everything at 4a.m and I know the pain for you and the discomfort for the baby. Thay being said, there is a lot of material in this product, so you feel guilty of trowing it in garbage every time your baby’s poo poo makes it a bit dirty. We tried the smaller size from this company, but they also cut from the material and our baby's clothes got wet! Which is defeating the purpose of this. Instead, we buy big ones and fold them in half so we can use them twice with good material.

The substitute product MaiMed is of inferior quality and absorbency. This was delivered without warning that the product I ordered was out of stock. Usually I am informed if the product I ordered is out of stock. Just substituting another product or brand is not acceptable. If you want this product back you'll have to arrange to fetch it. I have mobility issues and can't pack this up and take it to the post office. I don't even have the original packaging anymore. One bag jas already been opened by my helper. But no product has been used.

Ich habe eine günstige Variante gesucht, um die Wickelunterlage des Wickeltischs und evtl Möbel (bei Familie und Freunden etc) vor Pipi- und “Groß“angriffen zu schützen ;) Fast jeden Tag den Bezug aus Stoff oder untergelegte Handtücher waschen wurde mir etwas lästig. Im Krankenhaus wurden hierfür schon die Inkontinenzunterlagen verwendet. Ich habe mir verschiedene “Modelle“ bei amazon angesehen und mich aus zweierlei Gründen für diese hier entschieden: - der Preis ist einfach top! (Momentan keine 7€ für 60 Stück, ich habe noch 8,50€ bezahlt) - die Unterlagen aus mehreren Lagen wurden oft als sehr hart beschrieben - oder sind ab 12 Lagen aufwärts sehr teuer. Falls ich unsere Kleine aber mal auf einer harten Unterlage wie einem Tisch o.Ä. wickeln muss, finde ich eine weiche Unterlage schöner. Die Lieferung erfolgte wie immer schnell und problemlos. Die Unterlagen an sich sind super! Durch das puschelige Vlies sind sie weich, so dass man problemlos auf harten Untergründen wickeln kann. Selbstverständlich sind sie auch flüssigkeitsdicht ;) Das Wickelunterlagewaschen beschränkt sich somit auf das normale Maß. Vom Platz her nimmt eine Unterlage nicht viel ein, so dass ich immer eine in meiner mini kleinen Wickelnotfalltasche habe (Minitäschen und darin finden trotzdem mehrere Windeln, ein Spucktuch, Feuchttücher, 2 Miniwaschlappen, Creme und eben eine Unterlage Platz) Es sei jedoch gesagt: 60 Unterlagen sind eine Menge und brauchen daher etwas Platz - nicht vergleichbar mit einer Packung Feuttücher o.Ä. Bei uns ist die Packung im Abstellräumchen, da ist es nicht so schlimm. Man sollte nur miteinkalkulieren, dass die 60 Unterlagen erstmal verstaut werden wollen ;) Der einzige Nachteil von Einwegsachen ist natürlich die Umweltbelastung durch vermehrten Müll. Letztendlich werfe ich 60 Unterlagen aus Zell- und Kunststoff in den Müll anstatt die Handtücher einfach mitzuwaschen. Spätestens wenn Beikost ins Spiel kommt stelle ich es mir aber sehr viel angenehmer und hygienischer vor die großen Hinterlassenschaften einfach und unkompliziert entsorgen zu können ;) Für alle anderen Verwendungszwecke von Inkontinenzunterlagen sind sie natürlich auch geeignet und sicherlich empfehlenswert.
