Yes there’s a smell but that means the ingredients are real!
Yes there’s a smell. Almost like bad broccoli but that makes me like it! DIM comes from broccoli so it lets me know the ingredients are real. Plus, after one time use, I lost water weight and felt tighter after three days in so far. If you’re drinking alcohol and eating badly and not exercising —I don’t think you’ll see much impact from this product. If you’re on a true wellness journey and doing what you have to, then I think this is a good supplement. Worth the cost. This will be the DIM brand I stick with now.

A must use.
If your on TRT, then you need to be on this. Its stronger than those pills that the clinic gives you for the week. I recommend it daily for best results in my opinion. Easy to swallow and a great daily routine. The only downside is that it smells. Not enough to make you sick but youll notice it. Other than that its solid.

Lower Testosterone
if you take too much it can definitely mess up your hormone balance it decreased my testosterone and my estrogen. I lost my morning erections taking this. I highly recommend to not purchase this crap.

Pills stink but so what they’re pills
I was skeptical about the efficacy of DIM and if I needed to add this to my stack, while I’m not currently taking it after my first bottle I definitely noticed a difference in motivation, body comp and really all the benefits I saw when I started taking a test booster so this paired well and increased the efficacy of the Testx180 Alpha I was on, so if your taking one I recommend stacking the other with it

It's OK. No major changes.
I don't notice any changes in my body, mind, sleeping patterns. The bottle seams a 1/3 filled up, the bottle can hold 180 pills... and we are told to look after environment... I will not buy it again.
