Works fine and is comfortable to use
I purchased this product to help with the alignment of my second toe following a foot surgery. The product was easy for me to put on and take off which is important to me because I have back and flexibility issues. It has been comfortable to wear. I have been using it for 3 weeks and the splint is holding up well. Materials seem to be of good quality. I started to include a picture of me wearing it but this last surgery left my foot, well, I'll just say that nobody wants to see that. Good product.

Worked great
Podiatrist had me get these. I loved the ease of use and with the Velcro, you could adjust it as needed to your toe placement.

Fairly good
It worked fairly well holding my overlaping little toes in place. I bought two - one for each foot. The only issue I had with it was that the elastic strap was a bit uncomfortable around my feet. I have rehumatoid artritis and that probably didn’t help with the discomfort since my joints and feet in general are sensitive and the strap was too thick and stiff and not moving with my feet. My husband bought me a compression toeless sock and it happened to work like a charm with the velcro toe strap. So basically I am using only part of this product.

Great for post-surgical toe alignment
It is important to note, this splint is ONLY for use after surgery. it will not be of much help for non-surgical use such as for a cross over toe. I initially received this product from my foot surgeon for post-surgical care to hold the toes in alignment while I healed. I purchased another one so I could wash one and use the other. I actually ran them in a lingerie bag through the gentle cycle and they came out very well. After a period of time, the Velcro on the heel band does curl and not adhere as well. I found wearing a sock over it in bed was helpful. I also use safety pins to keep them secure once the Velcro starts to wear out.

Complicated
This was recommended by my podiatrist to wear at night to help with hammertoe. Very complicated to put on correctly and I really couldn’t see any more benefit from this than a toe loop which is easier and more comfortable to wear.

Effectively holds second toe in place post operation
I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a lapiplasty bunion correction. My second toe was cut to shorten and straighten it. My second toe is stubborn and wants to drift up and over the third toe. This splint holds it in place nicely during healing. To improve comfort, I incorporated toe socks which provide some cushioning and toe spacing which makes wearing this splint much more bearable. Simple design and easy to use. Hopefully, my second toe will train to its new position over time.

uncomfortable, useless
I've tried a lot of different splints, and this is the worst of the lot - truly useless. If you pull it tight enough to actually keep your toe aligned, the band around your toe is pulled down and digs into the space between your toes, which hurts. If you loosen it enough to not do that, there is no resistance on your toe at all - it's doing nothing. You might as well be wearing a weird looking sock. This device is for post-surgical use, and I have had recent bunionectomies on both feet. I am in the group for which this device is made.

Needed for after Bunion Surgery
I had bunion surgery back in November. After coming out of the dressings/bandages my big toe started to drift back toward my second toe. The doctor put me in this toe splint so I ordered a 2nd splint through Amazon to have as a back up. It's not the most comfortable thing to wear and I can't wear a sock on that foot and wear the splint and get everything in a sneaker (I just wear the splint with the sneaker) BUT it is working. After wearing the splint for 2 weeks the doctor took another x-ray and it is working to pull my big toe back into alignment. I have to continue to wear the splint for the next month while my foot continues to heal. We'll evaluate at my next apt on whether I can come out of the splint or if I'll need to continue wearing for a while longer.

Other reviews complaining about lack of splint. Admittedly the name of product the gives the wrong impression. It works by the tension of the velcro/elastic. Fairy comfortable, cheaper than other sellers(who I bought from last week as the photos of product were better). They come in single packs, I needed 2.

Me lo recetó el médico. Va muy bien al principio, pero no deja de ser goma y se da, por lo que si debes llevarlo mucho tiempo, debes comprar otro. Éste es el segundo, tras tres meses de uso del primero.

I just started wearing it after my cast was removed. My foot is still swollen and this splint is soft and comfy, yet it does its job. It is easy to put on . I would recommend it , wearing it after surgery.
