This is my go-to for keeping me regular. It has a bit of an after-smell about it because of the herbs used, but I prefer to use it because it is all natural, vegetarian, and contains probiotics. It doesn't always work the same day or even the next, but I have problems with constipation, so, it might just be me. Try it for yourself to see how it works for you is the best advice I can offer. This product did not work for me, even when I doubted the dosage. Doesn't always pay to buy the cheaper brand.

Backed up for weeks, loss of appetite & sleep, but after tqaking 2 of these last night, 1st thing this morning I was able to get some much needed relief! Still more to go, but I know while taking this I will be regular again in short order. HIGHLY recommend you try this if you are anything like me & in pain from being backed up.
