How long are the top rails?

I don't have the jack in front of me, but I would guess between 10'' and a foot.

Is this jack good for lifted trucks that have a 6 inch lift?

It has a wide base so you could put a block (maybe a 6x6) on top of it to get it closer to the bottom of the frame. Low and high lift limits are about the same as most 3T jacks so check the numbers in the description. I can't recommend buying it online - I ordered one and it was damaged in shipment due to the box being less than needed. I ended up buying a jack at a local home improvement store.

How easy is this jack to move with a load on it? Looking for something to lift an atv and turn sideways in my toy hauler.

Does it raise all 4 wheels at the same time on a utv?

It might. It has a decent sized cradle on either side of the normal floor jack lifting pad. You would need to be close to the center of mass for the UTV so it might take a couple short lifts to get it in the right spot. My issue with the unit was that the shipping box was weak and the jack arrived damaged.
