My favorite tea
I drink spearmint tea daily to help balance hormones(it works!), and this brand has become my favorite. The flavor is fresh and soothing/ calming effect, and the quality is consistently excellent. It brews beautifully every time and feels clean and pure. I trust this brand completely — perfect for a daily wellness routine!

Doing good, but males be careful *Update**
Tastes good cold and warm. I use it for hormonal acne since stopping my aldactone. I have been lucky so far. With this and DIM, I have remained pretty clear. I hope it lasts. I drink two cups of this a day. I like the taste and cannot leave it unattended around my three year old. Be careful around the boys. He was pretty emotional and I couldn't figure out why and remembered he had been stealing some of my tea. I know my prescription was blocking testosterone. I do not know how this works but it does something and he was a mess. Update month later: I still drink two cups of this tea. I take it morning and night. No problems with my skin yet. I am on my second cycle and my face should have at least three pimples, but I have nothing. Still very clear. I sometimes see a small bump trying to appear but it vanishes quickly. I am still taking doxycycline and I wonder how it will affect my acne when I stop that and use just tea, facial gel and DIM. Update Year Later: I went on Accutane. After that it is normal for the dr to do aldactone for maintenance. I hated the aldactone as I gained 20lbs. I found that one cup of this a day has my skin glowing. When it is that time of the month, i drink two. There is a noticeable difference. This tea works like the aldactone by being anti androgenic, which is apparently my problem. This tea gave me the same benefits without gaining weight. Now i did stop this tea for a month. I didn't change any habits and dropped 7 lbs. I think that it may slow down weight loss, but at least it does not make me gain anything. It's a must for me. Keeps my skin clear and glowing.I do recommend it.

Reasonable Price, Good Product
I have always loved minty things so I decided to try this spearmint tea because I've only ever had peppermint teas. I have purchased many variations of teas from this brand throughout the years so I believe the quality is consistent. I can't really describe the difference between peppermint and spearmint teas; they are both equally pleasant and minty. Spearmint tea does taste different but I can't find the words to describe it :( . I often mix mint teas with green tea and this tea mixes very well. Refrigerating the tea for an hour or two makes it a refreshing and cooling drink for summers. Overall I recommend this tea for mint lovers or those looking for a refreshing alternative to water and soft drinks. 7/8/14 Edit: For the past 3 boxes of this tea, the teabags would often leak bits of the tea leaves. It's not really a big deal to cut a star, but others might find it a nuisance. I normally don't have an issue with this brand's other teas so it may just be the batch.

I like it
Its not super bitter and I’m glad because it doesn’t need any sugar or cinnamon and it makes me period cramps a bit more manageable so I like it

Good for What Ails You
The contents of the bags are almost 100% leaf. Other brands I've tried contained a noticeable amount of stems, which add to the weight without adding any desirable compounds and causes bitterness when steeped. The tisane is very minty, and when properly prepared it is not at all bitter. Adding sugar makes it even more minty, but I think that makes it taste like gum or toothpaste. The delicate flavor does not stand up well to cream or milk, so if you like those in your tisane, adding an extra bag will help keep the mintiness. Leaves of any plant only have so much "goodness" to give, so do not steep for a long time hoping to make it stronger; it'll just be bitter. Things that can cause bitterness include: the water was too hot and scalded the leaves, it steeped for too long and over extracted bitter compounds or not enough water was used. If that happens, I find that adding a few ounces of water fixes the problem well enough that I don't need to toss it and start over. I have PCOS, and as many here have mentioned, one way to reduce the androgen hormone and control symptoms is to drink spearmint tisane. I take 2 bags, twice a day, steeped in 16 oz of hot-but-not-boiling R.O. water for 4 minutes. Five days of doing this and menses happened after being M.I.A. for over a year, so it definitely works for that purpose. It also reduces and even eliminates unwanted hair, it just takes a long time (at least 3 months) and requires rock-solid dedication to daily imbibing.

They taste good
You can get 2 uses out of each tea bag. It tastes good. It is caffeine free. They have cute little quotes on each tea bag. I know it's supposed to work well for hormonal acne, so I hope it works well for me.
