I've been hunting for a sunscreen with good UVB *AND* UVA coverage for ages, because traditional sunscreens are typically a lot better at protecting against UVB than UVA. For the science nerds out there, the UVA rays are the ones that go deeper into the skin than UVB & they are a major cause of wrinkles. For those not familiar, while the US uses "SPF" rating, many other countries also use a "PA+" rating (PA is short for 'Protection Grade of UVA') , first developed in Japan. This bottle has PA rating of "PA+++". In researching all of this (I am American but specifically wanted sunscreen for protection against wrinkles and anti-aging effect AKA less UVA rays getting thru), I learned the scale is something like this: PA+ = some protection against UVA. PA++ = moderate protection. PA+++ = high protection. It is pretty hard to find PA++++ (extremely high protection) but it does exist. I am also really happy with how this sunscreen applies. It has a watery feel that is absorbed pretty quickly and feels lightly hydrating. It is refreshing to put on in the mornings in particular before work! My other sunscreen test for whether I am happy with a product is if I have to wash my hands after applying it. This is one of the rare ones where I don't feel like I have to wash my hands after because there's no sticky residue to speak of.

I'll start with the information that I am a woman in my 40s with dry, sensitive skin, and I've been using this product for a few years. This product is underrated in the sense that none of the beauty vloggers ever talk about it, but it is the best high SPF product that I have ever used. And, that's saying something because I have pale skin and work outside a lot. I have worn SPF every single day for 30 years and have tried dozens over the years. I think one of the reasons for its underappreciation is that this product is marketed to men. It is not greasy in any way and plays nicely with all makeup that you want to put on top from tints to full coverage foundations. It's actually a great primer because it is both moisturizing and low emollient at the same time. My husband hates the way that every sunscreen feels and used to refuse to wear it, which is not good because we live in Florida. But, after I convinced him to try it, he asked me to get him a tube. He observed that it isn't greasy at all and soaks in right away.

I’ve tried so many sunblocks living in Florida with sensitive skin that burns easily and this one has topped them all for a lightweight feel, non greasy, doesn’t break me out, and an excellent protection against the harsh Florida sun! I keep one in my purse and one at home. I would prefer it be cheaper but for me, the expense is worth the protection. Highly recommend!

I use this product every day and bring with me to reapply when outside. I'm outside a large majority of my time. It works great as sunscreen: as in I don't have to reapply every two minutes= it does it's job. I don't breakout at all after using. It's lightweight. Non-greasy. Doesn't leave white sticky 100% zinc-like residue but does protect your skin from sun. It's a great daily sunscreen and works as a moisturizer as well. I'm converted. It's worth the extra bit of money for me because the benefits are so good and it doesn't lead to breakouts. I'm very happy with this product.

I have been on the hunt for a sunscreen that doesn't burn my eyes, doesn't look greasy, doesn't leave a whitecast, and provides good protection. Apparently, this is extremely difficult to find so I had high hopes after reading the reviews for this. This does not burn my eyes at all and has no whitecast whatsoever. I have also never been sunburnt while using this, and really haven't even gotten tan. This also applies beautifully under makeup. The only complaints I have is that it can make your face look a bit shiny but it is a lot less noticeable than any other shine I've gotten from other brands where your face looks completely greased up. Also, if I have this on for a long time, I've noticed it will cause creases under my eyes similar to how you might get creases from concealer. With that being said, this is still one of the best sunscreens I've tried.

I’ve been looking and hoping to find a sunscreen like this for years and I am so happy! I’m a professional gardener with fair skin and I need great sun protection. Most that I’ve tried are too greasy, heavy, don’t blend in and even when claiming to be noncomdogenic, make me break out. Rain or Shine is perfect and I actually look forward to putting it on every morning and reapplying when needed which is great. It’s light and non sticky which I love and dries smooth and doesn’t pill when applying make-up. I’m seriously sensitive to perfume and this product is fragrance free. It feels so nice and fresh on my face. I have two at a time, one that I use in the morning and a second that I keep in my bag for my workday outside. Rain or Shine is made by a small family company and these days it feels really good to support small businesses that care about quality and want feedback on their products. Thank you Rain or Shine!

I use this product EVERY SINGLE DAY, for the last year! It doesn’t have a scent which is nice! It rubs into skin SO easy! The SPF is high which I love! The product will last a while. It comes out of the container easily and so easy to rub into your skin. Even great for sensitive skin and will not cause any break outs etc

FINALLY! Found a sunscreen that doesn't make me feel gross, slimy, greasy, white, hot, or any of the other adjectives I normally use to describe sunscreen! It soaks in, and my skin feels so soft. It provides a matte finish, which I mostly put nothing on over, but it also acts as a nice base in case I want to add a bit of powder. I like the way it makes my skin look - soft, and pretty, not shiny and sticky!!! I also use it on my arms because I love the feel of it there too, and it doesn't get all over my black leather car seats, or my clothes. Promise you will love this! Now I actually don't hate putting sunscreen on! I put it on my chest, neck, face, and arms, and it feels great!

I love the texture of this, no white or greasy residue and a good sun protector. It is expensive though

I was dubious about the price but having tried a bunch of ‘light’ sun creams that were anything but tried this. It goes on really well and soaks in almost immediately. It’s also unsented which is really important. I would use it as a moisturiser replacement but you probably could. I’ve used all day in hot beach and it does a great job for every day wear in the summer. Highly recommended.
