Hi! no using moisturizer will break the product down and defeat the purpose of it being waterproof.

How long does the palette last? Months? Years?

It really depends on how often you use it I've had mine for months now and use them twice a week so the still have a lot but using them daily of course makes them get used up quicker from my experience they lasts while but it honestly just depends on how often you use them
