The Apple product broke in a week. That company refunded me fully. Got this one at half the price and it hasn't broke yet and I'm at 3 months. Wattage is perfect. I usually don't review items however it was difficult for me to sift through the entirely of Amazon so here is my 2 cents.

I bought this product to expand the ports on my Mac and it worked great for 9 months. I contacted Belkin for a warranty exchange (2 yr warranty) on 9/22/23 and I haven’t gotten a warranty replacement item as promised. Customer service is TERRIBLE. It took six phone calls and wait times on hold that exceeded 20 minutes each time to reach an agent. My RMA was approved after four calls and several emails. I returned the item to Belkin as they requested. Ten business days passed and I still don’t have the item. I called Belkin again and was promised an email with shipping & tracking information within 24 hours…that hasn’t happened. Amazon has no solutions b/c it’s way past the return window. Recommendation: I DON”T recommend Belkin products given the extremely poor customer service.

Buenisimo adaptador, va super bien con mi Mac. Lo recomiendo para usar con las nuevas mac que no tienen estos puertos de conexión. Va super bien

It feels robust. It works absolutely fine for me. There has been no hangs or issues so far. Been using it over a month now. Works like a charm. If only Belkin would produce an adapter that directly connects without a wire would be even nice considering how well belkin products are made. It can get bulky at times tho so better to get a small usbc to usb 3.0 adapter.

This is a great little product, I wanted it to connect my monitor to my MacBook for a larger screen and it worked beautifully. it arrived fast and is great value for money. It has USB and HDMI ports and connects multiple accessories in one adapter. Well worth the money
