It is very mild but, does the trick. I eat a breakfast every morning so I have something in my stomach. I choose this way always.

It Works! I’m on a medication that slows the bowel movements. This is my safe alternative. I use it daily and there’s no taste. Other things I used was hard to dissolve and thickened quickly.
