Bad gel aftertaste but great pack
The energy gel works well but tastes terrible. Using this during a longer run, I felt great with it. It just took me a bit to get over the bitter aftertaste that came along with it. If you can get over the taste it works better than any other energy gel that I have tried.The other things that come with it are fantastic. They do what they say they will and they do it well. They also taste good. This was nice to get a trial pack to be able to use different products before going all in. I received this as a runner in order to test this out. I have tried quite a few different fuels and drink mixtures and other than the bitter aftertaste this is a great pack. I suggest trying it and if you can stomach the taste, this will work well. I got a good burst, had no stomach issues, and this hydrated me well on a 22 mile run in the heat.
