Okay, first the bad... it is a bit fiddly to install, not hard, but just fiddly. Now the good... wow.... this thing is whisper quiet. More good, using StressMyPC with the aggressive CPU set on so CPU load was at 100%, it dropped the maximum temperature of my CPU by 19 degrees C from the stock AMD cooler setup - and kept it there for half an hour with no problem and soooo quiet... And dropped it by 17% at idle over the stock CPU. In short, be prepared to fiddle a bit to get it installed, but I would 100% say worth the effort.

Excellent product , I had a AMD stock fan fitted and any load would make it spin up , very loud and didn't keep the temperature down. bought this cooler , delivery was quick, the build quality is excellent, very straight forward to fit. Temperature stays at 31-35 normal load and when under load it didn't go past 57. runs almost silently well worth the investment

Good CPU air cooler. Its tower is able to accept a second fan, for push pull extra air flow. Very good value. Thank you

On arrival the first thing I did was to pull the cooler out from its plastic base to have look at it. That's when I discovered the paste wasn't protected and so it ended up with my fingerprint in the middle of it. I'd previously watched a video of one of these being fitted and in that the paste was covered up. The video must have been for an older version as it was screwed on using brackets but the newer one uses clips. Upon removing the original cooler I found that my motherboard didn't have the plastic mounting supports so I had to buy and fit them separately. The clips were fiddly to get on but now it's all good. The cooler appears well made and is silent when the cpu is idle. When playing 3D heavy games the fan is noticeable but the cpu temperature is about 10C less than before.

It was a bit fiddly to install, it may have been easier if I had taken the motherboard out from the case, but that seemed like far too much hassle having to disconnect and remove all components. BUT, this is the best purchase I have made for my pc in years! I do a fair bit of video editing etc. and my old fan was so loud it sounded like my px was going to take off. This new fan is quieter when the cpu is running flat out at 100% than my old one was when the cpu was idling. It's brilliant. I can't stress this enough, if you have a loud fan and are looking to replace it, get this one! great price too, considering how much some of the water cooler ones cost.

Great cooler. Virtually no noise is heard. It doesn't look the best but it's unique. Easy setup with thermal paste already applied out of the box. Fits my micro case.

Wanted a cheap heatsink for my second computer and this fits the bill nicely. Installation is a little fiddly but still straightforward and the cooling means I can run it quietly on a ryzen 3600 at full load.

Any time I do a build, I always include the be quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2. It's silent, cools very well no matter what CPU I have, and it's simple to install. It comes with all the mounting hardware I need, and the thermal paste is pre-applied, so I don't have to worry if I applied too much or too little. Also, the price is very reasonable.

C'est un très bon ventirad MAIS, il faut savoir que le kit n'est possiblement pas ''complet''. Si vous regardez mes photos vous verrez qu'il repose sur deux ''rails'' en plastique noir. Ces rails ne sont pas fournis avec. Il est a noté cependant qu'un système d'accroche a la carte mère est prévu MAIS qu'il n'est pas compatible avec toutes les cartes mères. ( D'où ces rails noir) Une fois les rails en position il suffit d'aligner le ventirad dessus, de passer le système d'accroche dessus et de tourner la molette noir pour créer une tension. Le ventilateur se pose facilement avec deux attaches en metals s'engageant dans la partie ''radiateur''. Cela signifie que le ventilateur peut se décaler si votre RAM est volumineuse ou mal placé. C'est donc un très bon point !!! En bref il est super, mais attention a avoir les pièces d'origine fourni avec votre carte mère (gygabite pour moi)

Arrived in perfect condition, no bent fins, mount for Intel and AMD were both included. Thermal paste already preapplied and not a scratch on the paste. Packaging was tight and secure. The cooler itself is compact and lightweight, no need for any backplate. I got it because i thought it would be easy to assemble/disassemble, easy to clean the fins with a pipe brush, and easy to install using the AM4 mount. I'm glad to see that i was right. Clipping on the fan did not require much strength, definitely will not bend the fins, contrary to what many reviewers were complaining about. Regarding the complaints of how hard it is to mount with the Intel pushpins, there is a trick to it which you would know if you read the manual or did some research online. Turn the pins so that all 4 arrows point diagonally away from the cpu, then only do you press the pin down. This way the pin would lock in place.

Necesitaba un nuevo disipador ya que el que tenia ya habia dado su vida util, mas de 10 años, y tenia que ser con el mismo sistema de anclaje, lo que no me gusta nada es el sistema de colocar el ventilador pero veo que todos van igual. Lo que mas me gusta es que es bastante silencioso.

Yeni aldığım PC uçak motoru gibi ses çıkartan molex kule fanları + amd stok işlemci fanı ile birlikte gelmişti. Başım ağrıdığı için tüm fanları sökerek kule içerisinde yalnızca 1 adet egzos fanı bırakmıştım. Sipariş ettiğim Noctua fanlarım gelmeden önce bu ürünü satın alarak işlemci fanını da değiştirmeye karar verdim. Kule içerisinde yalnızca 1 tane çalışan fan varken ve üstelik dairemde kombi çalıştırmama rağmen, Pure Rock Slim 2’yi bağladığımda, kulenin içi cehennem gibi sıcak olmasına rağmen Rayzen 5 7500F işlemcimi idle modda ideal işlemci sıcaklıklarında tutmayı başardı. İş yükünde çok uzun süre ise 80 dereleri aşmasına izin vermedi. Kulede sadece 1 egzos fanı varken sıcaklığı düşürmek için yiğitçe savaştı. Ve ivmelenirken veya tam güce ulaştığında çıkarttığı sesler aniden başlayan ve kulak tırmalayan türden değildi, sadece kibar şekilde güçlenen bir hava akımı sesiydi ve sürekliliği kulağımı rahatsız etmedi. Bu performansa bakılırsa sipariş ettiğim 4 kule fanı geldiğinde ve kule içerisinde gerekli olan hava akışı sağlandığında bu ürünün tam güce çıkmasına gerek bile kalmayacağını biliyorum. Uyarı: Resmi youtube kanalında Pure Rock Slim 2’nin AM5 işlemcilere rahatlıkla takıldığını gösteren bir video yüklemişler fakat AM5 Stok fanınızı sökerek bu soğutma sistemini bağlayacaksanız, ara bağlantı parçasının kutudan çıkmadığını bilmelisiniz. Çünkü AM5 stok fanları 4 vida ile direkt olarak anakarta bağlanırken bu soğutma sistemi anakarta bağlanan bir ters askı üzerine takılabiliyor. Yani bir AM5 ters askı parçasına ihtiyacınız olacak. Ben ise zaten elimde olan bir AM4 bağlantı parçasının küçük uzantılarını bir pense yardımıyla kopartarak AM5’e uyumlu hale getirdim (çünkü uzantıları işlemci üzerine denk gelip havada kalıyordu) ve çok güzel şekilde bağladım. Ama size orijinal AM5 ters askı parçasını bulmanızı tavsiye ederim.
