Nice cover. this isn't going to offer protection if you are flying to Costa Rico with your board, but if you are placing it in the back of your pickup truck (that's me) or on a roof rack to go on a beach run this is it. provides protection and has a nose piece to protect your tip... drawstring and a pocket for keys or something, finishes the deal. This slides on easy and has some stretch. just got it a couple months ago, so can't speak to durability, but it seems solid. I have a 9 foot board that I use this for and got the 9'6" sock, but with the stretch 9' would have been fine. my wife says it looks like my board is wearing pajamas. I don't know about that, but it's all good to me.

Love the sock. Fits perfect for my tri fin 9’ longboard. The red is a dark red - I would have preferred bright red but no big deal. I washed it in the washing machine and placed it in the drier after a five trip down dusty Baja roads. Retained its color, size and shape.

With board prices only getting higher a board sock is an essential piece of gear to protect the life of your boards. Most of the damage to boards occur due to day to day wear and tear. This board sock is perfect for the job. Low cost yet effective the Ho Stevie! board sock protects from small dings, blemishes and sun damage than can occur when transporting your board across town. I even utilize board socks on trips to protect my boards from wetsuit zippers, gear and wax inside my board bag. In my opinion this is the one piece of equipment it seems silly to spend big on. Other competitors charge upwards of $80 for board socks which seems silly to me. The Ho Stevie board sock is inexpensive, built with easy on, easy off Terrycloth material and even comes with a built in stash sack for wax, keys, cash or anything else you may need to stow away. Great product for a great price, don't over spend. Tip give it a good wash before use to get rid of the fuzzies.

Money well spent. Quality board sock for a small price. This is a necessity if you every strap boards to the roof, place them in your car or in your truck bed. No matter how you travel to the surf, this board sock will protect your board. I throw my sticks in a van, before I had the board sock I would get wax all over my fabric. It's comes out but it's tough to clean. The product is made of a durable fabric and the top black fabric is more protection for the nose. You will find a Velcro pouch on the inside, I use it for wax. You will also find the tail end has a draw string to secure it on the board. I'm giving it a 5 star because it is a quality product Cons: 1) my Amazon prime shipping was late. Boo hoo, I went three extra days without a sock, I'm over it 2) I have a 9'4 Starr 3 stringer, I ordered a 9'6 sock and it fit perfectly. This 9'6 sock will not fit my 9'6 infinity cluster V. I will need to order a 2nd sock of bigger size to fit my 9'6 long board. 3) I have multiple FCS 2 fins so removing the fins isn't a hassle, just wish the sock had a pouch to place them in. Same goes for the leash. I keep my leash connected to my board because I am lazy and the whole thing is transported in a van. It would be nice if the sock had something I could wrap my leash around to look more organized. For now I stuff it into the sock with the board. Overall: Excellent product, ask questions about sizing before you purchase. The sock stretches but not a whole lot. If you have a thin board, order to size. If you have a thick board, order a size bigger.

I was skeptical that this bag would actually be thicker material, but compared to my slightly cheaper sock, this one is definitely thicker and worth the extra few bucks. Good stuff!

2nd sock I’ve gotten from Ho Stevie! Pay a million dollars for name brand or cheap for 4/5 quality. Easy decision for me, Ho Stevie never disappoints!
