I watched a YouTube video to get tips on them not springing all over the place and it took me about 5 minutes to strip the old watch strap down and replace it. I doubt I'm going to need the others as the replacement is very well made and stong.

Choosing the Correct Size for My Watch

There needs to be better information on how to measure to choose the correct size - I bought these to fit a 20mm wide watch strap but these were too short because the body of each unit is 16mm leaving just 1mm of pin to fit into the watch without any spring pressure. The pins popped out straight away. The next day I went to a local Timpsons to get the correct size and they said it required a 22mm pin, the body of which measured 18mm with 3mm of pin to fit the watch under tension. Fitted in less than a minute
