Great for breaking bad habits
This product does what it says it does. It’s helped me break a few bad habits. It’s definitely a good investment because I’ve saved more money than this thing cost by using it. I recommend purchasing this.

Brilliant, wish I'd bought one earlier. It's very sturdy and easy to use.

Serves its purpose.
This is waaayyy better quality than the other one I bought. I couldn't break into this one without completely destroying it. Its easy to set the timer and if you overshoot your desired time then you just twist the knob to reverse.

Functionality
This is one product I didn't have to think twice to give 5 stars. Its ingenious in its functionality, simplicity and ease of operation.
