They are very good for incontinence, keeps mum dry all night. I imagine they would work well if you suffer with heavy periods.

Will fit a size 14 and 16 possibly but if you are a true 16 then I would go for the large size and ladies wear the green waistband to the rear not the front

These ones are for women.You can buy mens as well though.

How much actual liquid do these pants hold without leaking?

I would say they would hold aresonable amount of liquid.....possibly 2 visits to the loo during the night. I have never had any leakage .
