Works great!
I've been using this thing for a long time now, and I haven't noticed any problems at all with it for off-and-on use and a mild amount of neglect (mostly being left on the floor). No issues with stick drift, nor any issues with buttons being too loose or too tight. I haven't been able to find any use/get any value out of the paddle buttons beyond one game, but frankly, I have never really needed them in the first place, so I won't take a star off for that. The d-pad can be a little tough on the thumb for fighting games like Strive, so I might consider another option with the fully circular d-pad if you're going to be making heavy use of it in a fighting game, but otherwise, it's a great controller that's done a good job for over two years now.

Better than an Actual Xbox Controller
I’ve been using it for over a year, maybe almost two. It has been far more reliable than my actual, legitimate Xbox controllers. All of which have barely the ability to function. Let alone with like a wire to constantly keep them connected+charged…

"Good enough" provided you take care of it.
After having this controller for over 4 years, I can say that -- provided you don't have a lemon controller -- as long as you take care of it and don't abuse it, it will last you a good long while as a budget piece of tech. The only issue present with mine is there is some stick drift with the right stick, which does get slightly annoying at times, but with as minimal as the drift is, I can't complain with the price point with it lasting for as long as it has. Inexpensive, durable enough under careful use, and "good enough" would suffice as a description.

Great price, Bad longevity!
I have purchased too many of these controllers from this company and everyone has stopped working within 1 week to 3 months of purchase. I am a gamer that plays for only 2-3 hours of playing time a day on average. If you are a serious gamer DO NOT BUY THESE! They will NOT last. The price is good for an occasional game player, but be careful when you put the controller down and unplug all the cords including headset if connected to prevent the pins from bending and warping the connecting holes on the controller. My biggest complaint has not been that it stops working, but that the 3.5mm plug hole in the controller stops working and then I have no sound through my headset, I am on my 5th controller with that same exact problem. It stinks because the controller functions normal with all others functions except that, which for Xbox is a big deal since the headsets connect to the controllers for older systems. I want the Company to fix the 3.5mm jack plug so it doesn't stop working!!!! please!!!

Great Product! Good Quality! Good Color!
This product is one of my most happy purchases. It looks great and works even better. Glad I purchased. The buttons are high quality and I have had zero issues with it and I have had it for about 6 months now.

Perfect at first but started having some issues
I really loved this controller at first, and honestly I still like it even after the issues started popping up. The soft-touch plastic case feels really nice to hold. It will show grease marks if you touch the controller with dirty hands, so keep that in mind. One of the main reasons someone would buy this is for the extra mappable buttons on the back. I'm pleased to report that I have had zero issues with this function. I mapped the buttons on day one and several months later, they're still working perfectly. Whether or not they will improve your game is a matter of personal experience, but I feel like I do a little better at my favorite FPS game when I use them. The problems started after months of use. The worst issue is that I can't really use this controller when I play online, as the main person I game with told me he hears an annoying clicking sound when I'm using my headset with this controller. I've tried several different headsets but the clicking problem persists, so I think it must be an issue with audio jack. The other problem is that somewhat regularly, the controller will disconnect from my Xbox for a few moments despite the controller being plugged in like normal. This isn't a huge deal until it IS a huge deal, like when I'm in the middle of an online match or a tough boss battle where seconds really count. I still like the controller and it's my go-to over my OEM Xbox controllers for single player games because it is just so comfortable to use, and everything else about it works right. It's just a shame that the headset clicking issue and random disconnection keep it from being perfect. I'd still recommend it with reservations given my mostly positive experience.

Recommended - Hope it lasts
Been using it for 72 hours. 1. It’s everything I wanted as I’ve mapped the two paddles to jump and crouch. 2. I thought it would free up the other buttons but it doesn't it just allows you to synch the back paddles to any other button (so you can press either or when playing). Didn’t matter to me. 3. Build quality is ok. It’s not as good as the Xbox standard controller. Feels cheaper/lighter all round which is to be expected for the price but hasn’t seemed to effected the performance in game. 4. Personally haven’t had any sound/mic issues and been playing Fortnite with friends. Biggest question is will it last. If I get 6 months out of it I’ll be happy. Stick drift happens on all controllers so for $30 I can just get another. 6 Month update - Developed stick drift. Opened up controller sprayed with compressed air & contact cleaner. All working. Would I buy again. Probably not as there are better controllers for the money now. It’s still going strong after 6 months and if in have to open it up now and then to clean it out so be it.

Hadn't spotted anyone mentioning the d-pad on these controllers so I thought I'd drop in a quick review. I play a lot of fighting games - normally on PC where I've got a cheap/adequate fighting stick and on PS4 with a Hori Fighting Commander. I've recently picked up a few fighting games on Xbox but have been struggling with my original Xbox One pads due to their rapid wear-and-tear of the d-pads (not registering presses, double-pressing etc). I've also got an Xbox Series S and the pad for that is much better but I'm not a fan of the recessed d-pad. I wanted something to play the occasional fighting game on the Xbox that wasn't going to break the bank. So far - the PowerA has been the answer! I'm really surprised at how accurate this d-pad is: very easy to finish on a diagonal, light to press but without registering any unwanted jumps etc. I've never been much of a KoF player but on KoF 15 I'm pulling off those supers with ease (you know, the nasty quarter circle back, half circle forward). PC compatibility is fine too (Xinput). The d-pad appears to use a rubber membrane (similar to the 360 controllers) rather than those nasty dome-switches on the official Xbox One controllers. Everything else? Great! Sticks feel just like a regular Xbox One controller - movement feels 1-1 with them (not like some third party controllers where the dead zone feels off for example). The triggers do feel a little lighter - like the springs aren't quick as heavy duty - but nothing too offputting. The paddle buttons on the back work well. Just to clarify - these are for mapping a button press - they are not for recording macros. Still pretty useful - for example, you could map L3 to one of them to quickly run in a FPS instead of clicking in the left stick etc. Time will tell what the durability of this controller will be but so far so good. The only minor downside I can see is that the cable is USB-A to micro-USB. USB-C would have been nice (no more trying to plug it in the wrong way!) however I'm not really likely to unplug it from the controller end and the fit is snug. And this is just me being greedy, but it would have been fantastic if they could have had this switchable to work on other consoles! Excellent value for money - would definitely recommend. /Andy

Controller Molto buono, finora è andato molto bene e costa poco. Avendo i pulsanti configurabili risulta facile giocare , consigliatissima
