What is the difference between sp cleanse and gastro fiber in terms of producing healthy bowel movememnts?

I think Whole Fiber is in powder form, while Gastro Fiber is in capsule form.

Bulks Your Doo-Dee For A Complete Evac!

This product works! Gastro Fiber helps bulk up my stool for a complete evaluation! I just take two a day and have been going #2 regular now everyday. Love the ingredients because there are no fillers! Standard Process has been around since the 40’s and I have never come across a product of theirs that I don’t like. I absolutely recommend Gastro Fiber if you are having digestion issues or don’t poo regularly hopefully this product can put more “bulk” in your stool:)

Fiber additional help
