This is an excellent protein supplement. The flavor is delicious, and I really enjoy the taste. It is a great product, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

It work, like it actually work. Apparently the worst tasting protein is really good protein.No artificial flavors, no sugar, literally nothing bad for you in this protein. This protein (for me) taste really bad but it really gives you the results you want. I went from 235lbs to 202lbs in under a month and a half.

This is a perfect pre-workout shake for me. I frequently have those three main ingredients in some form or another, and this makes it easy. Price per ounce is on par with other protein powders, perhaps a bit on the low side compared to some. Digestively, I do better with meat-based protein powders than I do with whey, so that is a good feature for anyone who gets bloated from whey. The amount of caffeine is enough to give me good focus for my workouts, but not make me over the top jittery like a pre-workout specific supplement. Nonetheless, probably best for most people to not use this as an evening protein drink. I actually prefer the flavor to most of the overly sweet protein powders available. It is more of a cocoa flavor than sweet chocolate. There is a slight hint of the sharp caffeine, almost as an aftertaste, but it isn't unacceptable considering how well this blend works for me. Mixability is poor, and also why I rate 4 stars rather than 5. I prefer to spoon mix my protein powder for simplicity and easy clean up. This does not mix instantly with a spoon, but remains dry and clumpy, floating on top of the water. Don't even try it in milk! However, after it rests for a bit, it dissolves quite well in water. To accommodate this, I mix a scoop in water an hour or so before my workout. By the time I'm ready to go, it has dissolved completely into a thin liquid consistency that is very easy to drink and doesn't leave me feeling full. Some protein powders thicken over time. This one does not. For pre-workout, that is a good feature for me. I tend to perform better when my stomach is not full. So, a bit of inconvenience with the mixability work-around, but not a deal breaker for me. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid pre-workout protein blend.

I've been using Carnivore Protien for decades and Shred for about 6 years. My stomach is sensitive to Whey & as Pro Bodybuilder, I didnt have time for that. I usually purchase it directly from MuscleMeds but took a chance here. Next day delivery is why I took that chance. Needed ASAP as I always wait until I'm out to panic. From the reviews most aren't athletes so complaining about the taste is expected.LOL. Shred Chocolate is my choice & Shred definitely helps with every workout as I lift heavy and every cardio session. It doesn't replace meals for those non athletes. It gives you the needed Push. I just finished a mix and it tastes as fresh as it would if I'd had purchased directly from MuscleMeds. So I will purchase again. Only the Best for the Best!

I didn’t realize this had caffeine in it when I ordered it. I guess I should have read more carefully. The taste of this is not bad at first but the after taste is not good and lingers. I believe the after taste is from the caffeine in it. It is tolerable if you drink it like a shot, but that is my opinion. Other than the taste it does leave me feeling full but not bloated.

This product is not carnivore. Arrived today, had 1 scoop with water, within seconds had a hot and numb sensation around my mouth, followed by a hot flush, a rash and hives. four hours later I still have diarrhoea and ahead ache. The product is called Carnivor, but IS NOT carnivore, has maltidextrin, and soybean oil... fool me once. Rubbish and will be throwing in the bin....

After using for a month now, I can see results and effectiveness of the product, just make sure to get used to the taste.

For those mixing protein with banana in a blender - the taste is very acceptable, no significant differences between the shred and regular one. It serves purpose.

Seal is broke and there is not thing after the cap seems that somebody have used it and half of the product is taken from the stuff and the smell is worst looks alike expired product put in it .
