Can these cut hair or clothes?

They will not cut either well. I was surprised at how sharp the were, but I wouldn’t cut fabric if I was using the pieces to sew. (Understand that I sew well, frequently and have special scissors just for that. If you’re cutting clothes to change the fit or to use chunks of fabric for another project ). Cutting hair, might work once, but only for a child. (I don’t imagine they can be sharpened)

are these scissors latex free?

I’m not sure but it doesn’t cause any irritation while using it, that would be a question for the manufacturer.

Why do they have to put this antimicrobial crap in everything?

The listing doesn't say anything about anti-microbials in or on these scissors.
