This off set knife is sturdy long cleans up nicely, has not rusted.just what you are looking for when icing a large cake.the blade is 1 1/4 โ wide and a little over 6โ long. The handle is very comfortable to hold.

Perfect little offset spatula
Perfect offset spatula to get into smaller areas. Handle is not wood. (Which is a plus, as it is less slippery , doesn't warp & ie easy to clean
