46 Inch UV Umbrella

The button snapped the umbrella open very smartly. One dislike having to completely push in if you collapse the umbrella say for shopping in a booth at a market. Before it will expand again, also you can not manually open and close up have to use the button. I gave if 5 stars as it preformed beautifully in 17mph wind busts by the ocean, in mazatlan mex. I would turn adjust to the wind but when in full sun and full wind. I am impressed. Not once turned inside out, strong metal tines. And the reflection tape saves your life in low light and walking with cars driving everywhere... you know mexico...

I like that you push the button to open and close it, but you have to manually compress the shaft to shorten it back down, and it has very strong resistance. So if you are not strong, it’s hard or stiff to close. Also, it’s never fitting back in its travel case once you pull it out, it fluffs up to twice the size. Still, a sturdy umbrella, slightly heavy due to thicker material and good size/coverage, with a nice concept. Bonus, you could club an attacker with it.

Good quality but difficult to close

Update 9/5 I wish I could give this thing more than 5 stars. We just had a monsoon flash flood with Hail!!! This thing held up with out and problems!!! This umbrella is perfect for Arizona. The one click open is amazing the close is a little harder it will close back up but you have to use two hands or push it against something to slide it back down in place. The thickness of the material is beautiful, it blocks out all of the sun. I can true feel the difference being underneath it. I got the medium size, it covers me and if I let me kids walk in front of me it covers them. Or I will hold me son and have my daughter walk next to me to cover both of us. I do wish they offered a large size and/or a small size. A large to cover all 3 of us while walking or a small size for my daughter to hold. She can hold this one but it is just a little too big for her. However the quality of this umbrella for the sun is so amazing I would buy 2 small ones for my kids. I can't attest to how it functions in the rain, since again I live in Arizona and bought it for the sun. I can say it held up well on a windy day you can obviously feel the wind pull at it but it did not bend or flap. I highly recommend this umbrella for Arizona residents or anyone looking to block the sun especially for the price.

Horrible Quality. I had an older version of this umbrella (that i lost 🥲🥲) that they don’t make anymore. they replaced it with this cheaper, much lower quality version. It broke after only a few uses, it is not stable with just light wind, and you can tell the quality is very cheap. The fabric is cheap and the umbrella is flimsy. I am very disappointed with this and advise no customers to purchase.

This thing is amazing! I live in Arizona where it hits over 100 degrees in March 😩, and I’ve had this Sunbrella since August of last year. It’s been through 120+ degree heat, monsoon season, heavy winds, and rain, and it’s still sturdy and in great condition. You will NOT catch me standing in the sun without it! 🙌🏾

I got this umbrella mainly because I like how it looks despite reading reviews talking about how the button was hard to press to get the umbrella open. I have to agree with those reviews. The button feels like it’s stuck after you close the umbrella and you try to open it again. After trying to figure out a way to fix the problem, I realized that you have to push in the top end with the bottom end (handle) to create a spring like motion before opening the umbrella to “unstuck” the button. After this, the button is really easy to press. If the umbrella doesn’t open with a lot of force, it would open properly. So you’ll have to close it and open it again. Over all, I would give it a 3 star review since you have to learn the tricks to make it work. Also, the quality of it is average. The fabric is nice, the shaft and the whole structure (including the handle) are not the sturdiest, specially on windy days, but they still get the job done. The only reason why I didn’t want to return this umbrella is because I love how it looks like.

It’s a durable n sturdy umbrella.

I have used it to block the sun on hot days and in the rain. It is a strong umbrella that holds up well.

Me encanta este paraguas, había comprado uno anteriormente pero lo perdí. No dudé en comprar el mismo pero de otro color. El verde no me encantó el tono, es un verde-amarillo no muy fiel a las fotos

Good quality.

Good size for one person. Thick sun protection material underneath. Auto open and close for ease of use. Would recommend for sun protection for one person
