Victorinox Boning Curved Semi-Stiff Blade Fibrox Pro Handle

Love this knife. It was super sharp and did a super job while we were processing meat. Love the way it feels in the hand.

A well built 6" boning knife from a reputable manufacturer. It is ergonomic , sharp and well priced. Have done a bunch of brisket and Boston butt trimming and it's hold an edge very well. Two friends of miine have ordered the same knife after seeing mine in action. If it's good enough for the The Bearded Butchers it good enough for me. I would buy again. (Note: the sheath is one I picked up from Amazon to protect the knife from the elements and to protect me from the knife)

This knife was originally a birthday gift for my husband for cleaning fish, and let me tell you, it's been a surprising hit! It turns out the design is fantastic not just for filleting, but also for general kitchen tasks. It's sharp, easy to handle, and cleans up beautifully. I've ended up using it so much, I might just need to buy him his own dedicated fish-cleaning knife! Highly recommend this knife for anyone who needs a quality tool for both fish prep and everyday kitchen use.

Great little boning knife. I used it this fall to process our deer and it worked great. Hair popping sharp out of the box (mine arrived solely in bubble wrap with a plastic blade cover. Not the best packaging.) If you are careful not to cut bone the edge will last for multiple deer. Used only this knife on an entire deer skinning and boning out. Cleaned the blade off with water and it still cut paper with ease and was still razor sharp. Highly recommend for the price.

Victorinox knives are great. First saw these on the Bearded Butcher Youtube channel as his preferred 6” semi-stiff boning knife. So I bought this and understand exactly why. This is a great knife. Very beautiful and well built and extremely sharp. To get this for this price point is amazing.

This blade is scary sharp and is an outstanding boning knife. I use it for processing deer and I have even used it, in a pinch, to actually skin a deer. Not the best skinning knife, but did ok. Great for retrieving the back strap and tenderloins in one piece. I deboned four deer last year without resharpening. Now, granted, I was VERY careful not to hit bone while deboning the flesh. As with any blade, hit bone = resharpen. Great working blade. Hope this helps someone. Update: After rereading my review i need to clarify something. I did NOT have to sharpen this blade after deboning 4 deer but I did give it a few strokes on my honing steel in between deer. That's normal, still an excellent blade.

This knife is well built and Ergonomically great..It is a little stiff for my preferences, but it does have it's advantages over others in certain situations. The blade is a Lil Rigid for my every day use, but it is made from good metal. The only downside I see is for every day use in the kitchen that the Blade is "One Side" sharp". If you are slicing normal kitchen preparations then it cuts and slices to One side better than the other. Hence, that is why they call it a Boning Knife !!! As far as "Everyday" ultilitary use, I find the blade too thick and stiff..It is also Too wide from cut edge to top for slicing..I also turned it into a 2 sided cut edge and it suites my preferences much better for my particular use.. Don't get me wrong...This is "One Well Built" knife and I would recommend it to anyone if you consider it's true intention of use..It is also the Prettiest knife in the drawer of 50 ... I have no reservations of buying this knife and no reservations of paying it's price.

I bought this knife to trim my briskets and pork butts. I'm very impressed with it. It's lite weight, holds an edge very well, and keeps the edge even during lots of trimming. I definitely recommend this knife if you're looking for a good trimming knife.

So far great knife. Super sharp and great for carving and boning meat. Does not come with a sheath. That would have been nice to protect the blade.

Saw it used by the Bearded Butcher, got one and am extremely pleased. Takes and holds an edge, beautiful feel, and perfect for any/all butchering tasks.

I have used this knife for butchering. It works great. I have to hone it a few time throughout but much better then most knives I have previously used.

Excellent knife, little expensive though, but worth it.
