Good for the price..
I bought this to replace when that cracks the other day. Before it broke I still have leakage around the connection and from the faucet indicating that not all the water was being drawn into the hose. Now I no longer have that issue and the shower head is actually aiming down instead of out. However, the ball joint is very loose and can move around very easily. So do be careful when removing and replacing your shower wand to avoid being bonked on the head or having it fall and break a toe. 😂

Easy to change old to new.
I replaced my WaterPik plastic shower head holder with this unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance. It holds the shower head securely and works exactly as I needed. The only small difference is that it’s not the same white color as my old one, but the quality more than makes up for that.

Does what I need
Bought a new Moen shower head but it wasn't adjustable and was hitting the back wall. I ordered this and it does what I want. I'm a senior woman on my own and had no trouble installing myself. My only complaint is that it does not stay in the highest position but that doesn't matter to me because I need it lower, that is the only reason for 4 and not 5 star in case someone wants it to stay higher.
