how do you open these to pour into bags in a feed & flush pump ?

My husband poured the liquid in a wine glass first and then in the feeding tube

How many bottles do I receive?

THIS IS FOR ENTERAL USE ONLY. . How much you require is really up to you. If you are dependent on this product you might need 5-7 per day. If it’s only a supplement perhaps 2-4.

How many grams of sugar per serving? Nestle is not transparent.

I think it has no sugar whatsoever. It’s for enteral use only. It’s not meant to be drunk.
