Perfect for windows
This item is great in reaching windows that use to require a ladder.It has numerous length adjustments that suit my needs.

Not very effective on second story windows
The rubber on the squeegee is not stiff enough and would not remove water at the very edges of the glass on vinyl clad windows. The edge of the squeegee would ride over the vinyl edge and loose contact with the glass. Also, when all tubes are used the pole flexes a lot making it hard to put much pressure against the glass for both the washer and squeegee. Guess I'll stick with my pressure washer to do second story windows.

Helpful though not perfect
Nice to finally be able to reach clerestory windows but when extended that much the wand does flex which makes it harder to put enough pressure behind it to do a stellar job.

It does reach my high windows, but is flimsy
It does reach my high windows. There is only 1 piece that is telescopic and extends another foot. It is a bit flimsy at the extended length, but does the job.
