Delayed and overpriced
The book is overpriced and arrived later than expected delivery date. I tried to cancel immediately but couldn’t and thought would return it. the listing stated that it was eligible for return and refund. After endless back and forth with the seller and Amazon Customer Service, the seller finally sent what they called a “return label.” It was simply their address on a page with no prepaid postage, despite implying that it was a valid return label. The book has an MRP of ₹295 (about CAD $4.50), which reflects its quality of paper and print. By the time the book finally arrived, I’d already bought same book from a local store and gifted it. The seller eventually issued a partial refund of only $3.53, which did not resolve the issue or make up for the misleading quality, return process and inconvenience.
