This is a wonderful product. It worked well for my neck pain. The product quality is good and long lasting.

Sharing my experience so people may benefit. How-to :Use this device on hard surface, preferably on floor. Start with couple of minutes as initially I found it quite painful. Gently rock/sway your neck to ease pressure. Over couple of days i got quite used to it. I increased duration of use over time. I used to suffer from cervical pain, primarily due to long work hours in front of laptop and prolonged use of mobile phone( stooping head forward) I had to undergo physiotherapy multiple times and typically traction used to help me. With use of this device i was able to feel my neck stretch and i have been using it for few months now and has helped manage my cervical issue well. I also ensured ergonomic seating and consciously avoid bad posture especially stooping head forward. Overall this helped me.

It should've had a manual or at least a how-to-use video on the product page. Also, it wasn't packed in the product company's packing box. It should've been packed in its product company's box for its authenticity. It also gives out a smell like any rubber product. And is a bit hard material. Would've liked it a bit softer to feel comfortable at the neck.

Lousy product.Total waste of money and a pain in the neck is what I got!

I have Cervical spondylitis - this product has given good relaxation. As shown in the picture, need a thin pillow/bedsheet - beneath the neck for head to touch the floor creates a proper alignment for neck to relax. In the beginning it's hard to use it <5min. On regular usage it has given greater comfort for neck muscles.

I give this product 2 star because... 1 star for their marketing team and 1 star for my stupidity...this product is full waste of money.

I would like to thank the makers of this product. I highly recomond this to the people who are suffering with neck, shoulder pain. I am writing this review almost after more then 6 month of use... Place it properly under your neck and lay down still for 10 min...you will surly go to sleep and after 3 to 5 dua you will feel that you have less pain now

I have been suffering from neck pain issues for quite some time, and have not been able to sleep many nights. I very recently bought this device and have experienced a huge relief from the first usage itself. I am not completely cured of my neck and shoulder issues, but I am sure with regular use I will see a difference soon.

Es cómoda de usar. La mayoría de las ocasiones si calma el dolor/molestia de cuello-espalda. Pero en algunas ocasiones es un poco doloroso. Si lo usas por bastante tiempo, te duerme la parte trasera de la cabeza jaja

Maravilhoso. Alivia bem dores e tensão muscular na cervical. 10minutos diários nele já são uma terapia.
