Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets, GF & Vegan, Strawberry Lemonade, 4 Pack

My doctor recommend I get this because of my leg cramps. I take one a day in a huge water bottle and I have to say this was a good recommendation. I tried many flavors, but the strawberry lemonade tastes the best to me. It's a little pricey, but really worth it. It works.

I have orthostatic intolerance, and this is my go to electrolyte. I like that it's zero sugar, the flavor is great -to be clear I'm pretty specifically a fan of the pink lemonade-

Its good to have electrolytes in a crazy hot environment. I particularly like the Nuun tablets. I split them in half for a 12 to 16 oz bottle of water. The price is reasonable, and the taste is decent. But the best part for me is the lack of biotin. Some people want it, I do not as it stops up my bowels. Once I figured out the issue, i looked for one w/o biotin and finally found Nuun. It works for me; others will have different issues.

Nuun is still one of my favorite electrolyte options, especially because it has much less sugar than a lot of other electrolyte tablets on the market. It dissolves well, tastes clean, and does what it’s supposed to do when you need hydration support. I use these regularly and genuinely feel better when I’m consistent with electrolytes, whether that’s for workouts, long days, or overall hydration. Personal thought: My only real downside is the packaging and flavor variety. This pack came with four bottles of the same flavor, and by the time I got to the third one, I was honestly a bit tired of it. I would have loved a mix — maybe two bottles of one flavor and two of another — just to keep things from getting repetitive. That said, the quality is still there. If you’re looking for a lower-sugar electrolyte option that works well and tastes good, Nuun is a solid choice.

They could dissolve faster. I have tried several flavors they are fine nothing I would not drink. Easy on the stomach.

In short: Pros: -provides a larger amount of electrolytes than other sport drinks -very little sugar (if you're worried about that kind of thing) Cons: it tastes horrible After just one day of using Nuun I realized a huge difference in fatigue caused by pots. I've had other sports drinks and while they taste much better they didn't cause a noticeable difference. Nuun on the other hand did, so much that I've already sent an email seeing if it would be possible to bulk order some. In case you don't know pots can be made worse by dehydration. It can thus be made more managable by staying hydrated. Problem is that the amount of water needed to stay hydrated enough to lessen symptoms is ridiculous. Electrolyte heavy drinks are a commonly suggested treatment to help lessen symptoms. I can't say how much it helps for exercising specifically, but I think it's safe to say that it would help more than gatorade does. Even if it tastes worse. However, if you're wanting a healthier sports drink and don't mind the taste as much this is a perfect choice. If you're wanting to try it to help lessen the symptoms of pots I highly recommend it. This will be my go to suggestion for people if asked. And I'm normally someone who won't drink something that tastes bad. That's how much Nuun can help with the symptoms.

These are convenient to travel with and hydrate well. The taste is pretty good and it dissolves in room temp water pretty well.

I love these, I switched from another popular brand that was overly sweet and flavored, looking for something a little more natural and this is recommended by my doctor
