My doctor recommend I get this because of my leg cramps. I take one a day in a huge water bottle and I have to say this was a good recommendation. I tried many flavors, but the strawberry lemonade tastes the best to me. It's a little pricey, but really worth it. It works.

Nuun is still one of my favorite electrolyte options, especially because it has much less sugar than a lot of other electrolyte tablets on the market. It dissolves well, tastes clean, and does what it’s supposed to do when you need hydration support. I use these regularly and genuinely feel better when I’m consistent with electrolytes, whether that’s for workouts, long days, or overall hydration. Personal thought: My only real downside is the packaging and flavor variety. This pack came with four bottles of the same flavor, and by the time I got to the third one, I was honestly a bit tired of it. I would have loved a mix — maybe two bottles of one flavor and two of another — just to keep things from getting repetitive. That said, the quality is still there. If you’re looking for a lower-sugar electrolyte option that works well and tastes good, Nuun is a solid choice.

It has a really nice, mild flavor. It’s not aggressively sweet. The tablet format works for my purposes (it travels well). It takes about 8 minutes to fully dissolve in a glass of water without intervention, which isn’t a problem for me but if you’re in a hurry you probably want to break it up or crush it. Or, you know—just buy a powder that’s not in tablet form. Seems like it’s getting me through my workouts very well. I’ll definitely buy it again.

I like Nuuns a lot - cuts down the amount of our sugar I take in on rides, which is easier on my stomach. I use a hydration mix with glucose too on longer rides, but for my short workouts Nuun is what I reach for. Strawberry lemonade is by far my favorite flavor, but the way.

My favorite flavor of the bunch and my go to. I actually mix this with another brand that has a higher electrolyte ratio but not as strong or nice of a flavor and the combo is great. If I’m doing minimal every day activity they’re sufficient but if I’m doing a lot of outdoor work, which I do for a living I tend to need higher ratios.

I’ve been using Nuun Sport Electrolytes and the product has been amazing. It worked perfectly for my needs and helped me stay hydrated and energized throughout the day and during workouts. The taste is refreshing, it dissolves quickly, and I could genuinely feel the difference in my performance and recovery. Definitely a 10/10 product and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable electrolyte supplement.

Its good to have electrolytes in a crazy hot environment. I particularly like the Nuun tablets. I split them in half for a 12 to 16 oz bottle of water. The price is reasonable, and the taste is decent. But the best part for me is the lack of biotin. Some people want it, I do not as it stops up my bowels. Once I figured out the issue, i looked for one w/o biotin and finally found Nuun. It works for me; others will have different issues.

These are my go to tablets for hydration and I really love the taste. I don't like the fact that they take so much time to dissolve however though, but that's also the case for other brands as well.
