To start, this is an AMAZING product. (Tips for application & removal @ the end) I am currently an occupational therapy graduate student and have previously used KT tape for my knee and wrist in treatment. I actually like this tape MORE than the original KT tape brand. TheraBand is slightly thinner but doesn't lack on adhesion. I have fairly avg skin sensitivity and while it isn't super comfortable to take off (like any other KT tape) my skin is back to normal within 30 minutes. The hexagons are also super helpful for application and applying the correct stretch! It also makes it much easier for you to tell someone else how to correctly apply it to an area you may not be able to reach. *****TIPS & TRICKS***** *Prior to application, make sure to remove hair from the area about 3 hours before and refrain from any perfume or lotion. (instructions say 1 hour, earlier will only help with skin sensitivity) *Use the guiding lines on the back to cut strips thinner or smaller (round edges on the cut end to reduce the corners rolling up) *Pay attention to the hexagons for stretch (key is on the back of every piece) *I only leave mine on for 3 days and allow my skin at least 2 days to breathe in between uses *When removing, DO NOT RIP, pull slowly and keep skin tight. Allow tape to soak prior to removal. Dawn dish soap actually has worked best for me to cut through the adhesive. *If using a large amount or removal is very painful, cut off the chunk that is removed and give your skin a break for a bit!

This tape is like magic! it fixes all my nerve pains that I sometimes get in my feet, knees, arms, and legs due to MS. lt stays on for several days and does not irratate my skin. I will always keep a spare roll of this on hand.

I love this tape more than any other tape I've tried. I have scoliosis and sciatica which causes chronic pain, but this tape has made everything so much easier! I can walk in less pain, sleep comfortably, and sit for more than 2 hours! Application is too easy, however removal does hurt. The adhesive is a little on the stickier side and does hurt a bit when pulling. I've noticed its less painful to pull up on the skin and pull quickly in a downward angle. If you can tolerate a slight amount of discomfort, I think this would be a great product!!

The first pack (blue) was pretty good. I tape my foot, and this tape stayed for 3 days without peeling off at the corners. Once I forgot to take it off and went swimming - it came off very quickly. Granted, "waterproof" probably meant in the shower, not in the pool, but still wanted to mention. The second pack (red) is actually pretty bad - the tape peels off by the evening, quite different from the first one, not sure what the deal is. Again, I'm abusing it (sandals, flip flops, no socks, moving around a lot) but other tapes (for example, Walgreens' K-Tape knock-off) work much better. The next purchase will not be this brand.

Seems to be a better option than KT tape due to its ability to allow us to gauge how much we want to stretch the tape by looking at the hexagon.

I just came back from US where the quality of KT tapes was different it drastically helped my foot recovered. This is the first tape I have found that actually matches that quality. It is worth the price.

These tapes work very well. Easy to apply and stay on. Good support for my knees
