Can this be hung on a wall?

We would not recommend hanging the CMST24800RB on the wall.

Would manufacturer replace damaged pieces so we don't return to Amazon? Reviews say too many damaged pieces!

That is a good question considering mine came quite damaged. I am suprised there is no response from the seller.

Is it weather resistant and can it be placed outdoors?

No, the CMST24800RB is not weather resistant.

Can I put caster wheels on these units to make them movable?

The base is a solid piece as are the shelves. That should lend itself to mounting caster wheels. If I were to do it, I think I would actually mount 1x4 lumber to front and back and then mount the caster to those. This a a very large cabinet! Good luck..
