A perfect fit and helpfull in walking

Useless product
It is pure waste of money. It is not adjustable and too heavy. I can't even slightly bend the knee. It really hurts when walking with this on on the leg. The ROM dial is just for namesake. The grip is just worst. The product can't be returned. I tried to atleast get the refund but Amazon customer service did not respond at all. Please respond Amazon. The seller is just cheating with the images shown in the description. The dial is just a showpiece in the received product.

The product arrived earlier than expected and return was easy....only reason for returning is that even after tightening enough ,brace is keep slipping off ...may be detailed instruction to fit properly or fixing the issues would be great for knee pain.etc...
